Refund policy

As a consignment boutique, we only accept store credit exchanges within 7-days of the purchase date with the original tags attached and proof of purchase receipt.  Items brought back after 7 days may only be re-consigned or donated back to the store's animal shelter fundraising account. 

Due to the nature of consignment; Kind Closet no longer accepts returns on shipped items.  With online purchases all sales are final.   Store credits exchange may be applicable for online purchases when choosing the in-store pickup option only.
