We do our best to process all orders within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. We ship via USPS and will provide a tracking number. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping information is correct before purchasing your items.
You can skip the shipping fees with the FREE local pickup option. Pickup location is 313 2nd Street, Jackson MN. After placing your order and selecting 'local pickup' at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 12-5 Tuesday thru Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
